Kirby Rowe is your local home inspector serving Southwest Florida since 1999. A resident of Port Charlotte since 1988, he has completed thousands of home inspections and is familiar with the common defects that can be found in local homes.

Kirby holds a Charlotte County Certificate of Competency through the Charlotte County Construction Industry Licensing Board. He is qualified by “Examination as a Specialty Contractor: Home Inspector since 2002. Certificate No. AAA00 10076.

 

Kirby will inspect all the major systems of the home determining major and minor defects within a home, if any. The inspection takes approximately 2 ½ hours in which a comprehensive report with pertinent pictures will be developed and e-mailed to you the next business day. After your review of the report, you may phone Kirby on any questions and concerns you have with the home. You will appreciate the detail within the report and customer service after the inspection.
